Ultimate Golf Gift Cards are redeemable only at www.GiftCardGolf.com
for gift certificates of merchants listed at the website.
They cannot be used on the websites or physical locations
of any of GiftCardGolf.com's participating merchants.
Ultimate Golf Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
If the amount of your merchant purchase is greater than
the value of your Ultimate Golf Gift Card, the credit card
you provide will be charged for the excess amount.
Merchants
The merchants available at GiftCardGolf.com are subject
to change. GiftCardGolf.com makes no guarantee that the
merchants will remain the same or that a particular merchant
will be available at all times.
The customer is subject to the limitations and rules of
the merchant whose gift certificate the customer redeems
with the Ultimate Golf Gift Card. GiftCardGolf.com is not
responsible for any restrictions or terms and conditions
of any merchant's gift certificate.
GiftCardGolf.com is not responsible for merchants that are
no longer in business or that change their location(s).
The merchant locations listed at this site are listed as
a guide only and GiftCardGolf.com does not guarantee the
accuracy of this information. If you notice that any of
the listed merchant information is incorrect, please contact
us at CustomerService@GiftCardGolf.com to make us aware
of the issue.
GiftCardGolf.com does not assume responsibility or liability
for the actions, product, or content of any merchant.
Shipping
GiftCardGolf.com does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or international
addresses.
Orders with a certificate value of more than $250.00 will
be automatically shipped using USPS's Priority Mail®
with Certified Mail™ service to ensure delivery. Once
a certificate is confirmed as delivered via Certified Mail™,
GiftCardGolf.com is not responsible for the certificate.
UPS deliveries may not be sent to a P.O. Box.
All orders are subject to a verification process, and any
information submitted that does not verify with a customer's
financial institutions may cause delays. GiftCardGolf.com
will contact the customer in the event that information
cannot be verified.
GiftCardGolf.com is not responsible for orders that are
not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or
incomplete delivery information. Please double-check all
physical and e-mail addresses prior to completing order
and submitting for payment.
Returns and Exchanges
Ultimate Golf Gift Cards and merchant gift certificates
will not be exchanged and are not subject to returns for
credit or refunds.
Lost or Stolen Certificates
GiftCardGolf.com will not replace a gift certificate that
is lost or stolen after being received.
If an order has not arrived at the customer's shipping location
within 15 days of the shipment date, GiftCardGolf.com may
cancel and replace such order, provided the holder submits
to GiftCardGolf.com a properly completed Affidavit of Claimant/Lost
Certificate within 60 days of the shipment date. Upon receipt
of such affidavit and provided a balance remains on the
certificate(s) from such order, GiftCardGolf.com will initiate
a review process. The certificate may or may not be replaced,
depending upon the outcome of such review. GiftCardGolf.com
will not replace any lost or stolen certificates if the
Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Certificate was not received
within the 60-day period. To initiate the investigation,
the customer should contact CustomerService@GiftCardGolf.com.
Expiration
Ultimate Golf Gift Cards and merchant gift certificates
expire exactly one year after the date of being sent.
